I have spent over 20 years in private equity and infrastructure — including leading ESG efforts and impact initiatives across a global portfolio of more than US$2bn spanning Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the US. That experience, partnering with investment teams, boards, and portfolio companies, sits behind everything I now bring to coaching.

Throughout my career, my focus has been on translating ambition into measurable, meaningful impact — at both organisational and human levels.

My executive coaching is grounded in this real-world experience and shaped by formal coaching training with Wayfinders and Harvard University's Immunity to Change framework — always practical, outcome-oriented, and focused on impact. It's not about theory in isolation; it's about enabling tangible shifts in how people think, decide, and lead.
